You will find Apartments and restaurant Domi�
in the center of Slatine, small fisherman village on the northeastern
side of Ciovo Island. You can reach Slatine by turning left
from Ciovo Bridge, and drive by the northern coastline for 8
km.
Old village is nested on the top of the small hill, over viewing
the beach area and town of Split.
There are few local beaches (Porat, Liveli, Kava) where you
can take a swim.
If you continue your drive, just 2 km from the center of village
on the south side of island you will find a small church called
Lady of Prizidnica. Every year there are few pilgrimages to
the church, where holy mesa is held.
Kava beach in the beautiful inlet, 4km from the center
of the village, is one of the real natural beauties because
it is not polluted by any buildings, hotels or houses in the
area.
There are no off-shore facilities, so it is preferable to bring
some refreshing juices and sandwiches for longer stay. |
