A family house have: furnish house,2 apartments, the terrace at the first floor with beautiful view on the sea, the terrace at the ground floor with little view on the sea,yard with beautiful flowers and plants, parking space for cars, outside shower and barbecue at your disposal.


APARTMENTS 1. A ground floor.

With one room ďż˝ 2 double bed + 1 bed, in the kitchen one couch, bathroom, and terrace.
In the room you can find: the beds, bed-side lamp, wardrobe, carpet, curtain.
Room with lock- key. In the bed it is: sheets, pillows and blankets.
The bathroom: lavatory, WC, shower, electric water-heater(cold-hot water), mirror.
In the kitchen you can find: the sink, a gas cooker, electric water-heater (cold-hot water), The refrigerator with freezer. The 1 table with 4 chairs, TV with SAT, one couch (spare bed for 2 persons), electric iron.
Cupboarder : dishes ďż˝ pots and lids, plates, frying pan, coffee pot.
Boarder- with spoons , knifes, forks, glass, cups, a cups coffee set.
The terrace at the ground floor with little view on the sea.
In the terrace you have: 1 table with 4 chairs.
You also have parking space and barbecue at your disposal.
Arrival : the whole day. Departure: 10.00 h.

APARTMENTS 2. First floor.

With 3 rooms, bathroom, kitchen and terrace.
Room no.1.- one double bed + 1 spare bed, wardrobe, carpet, curtain, room with lock- key. In the bed it is: sheets, pillows and blankets.
Room no.2. - two spare bed, wardrobe, carpet, curtain, room with lock- key. In the bed it is sheets, pillows and blankets.
Room no.3. - two spare bed, wardrobe, carpet, curtain, room with lock- key. In the bed it is sheets, pillows and blankets.
The bathroom: lavatory, WC, shower, electric water-heater(cold-hot water), mirror.
In the kitchen you can find: the sink, a gas cooker, electric water-heater(cold-hot water), The refrigerator with freezer. The 2 table with 8 chairs, couch, TV with SAT, electric iron.
Cupboarder : dishes ďż˝ pots and lids ,plates, frying pan, coffee pot.
Boarder-with spoons, knifes, forks, glass, cups, a cups coffee set.
The terrace with beautiful view on the sea.
In the terrace you have: 2 table with 10 chairs.
You also have parking space and barbecue at your disposal.

BEACH

The Pralisce beach is located 150 m from the apartments, 3 minutes to beach. The beach is pebbly, therefore very good for litlle and big children and family vacation. In the beach the water is shallow, it is not to deep. The sea is pure.

In the beach there is platations of tamaris trees give a marvelous shadow during the warmest part of the day. In the beach you can find: shower, near the beach there are bar and a volleyball terrain, you can also rent sunshaders and deckchairs, there is also a groccery store and a restaurant nearby. You can enjoy in the sun and sea.

In the village you can find grocery shops, post office, tourist office, drug store, ambulance, several inns and restaurants that offer fish specialties and quality domestic wines, and thanks to the fact that Marina's bay is naturally well protected from the winds, it's very popular among nautical experts who are accommodated with 140 berths.
If you are into water sports you can sail, dive or go sport fishing, or you can go on a sightseeing trip by a rented boat or a yacht.
You can find fun and cultural events if you visit Marina, Rogoznica, Primosten, Trogir, Kastela or Split.
We suggest sightseeing of Trogir, where you can find many cultural monuments.
Also you can go to Trogir, Split or Primosten where you can find night life, especially for the young people.
