Apartments S&B Matijas are situated
in Poljica, at about 8km from Trogir (Direction Sibenik) and 3km from village Marina (direction Trogir).
In our offer we have 2xA4+1 apartments in the basement and one A4+1 apartment on the first floor of our family house. All apartments have SAT/TV and exits to balconies or terrace. House is 200m away of the beach and 300m away of the restaurant and shop.
- Apartment I A4+1 - basement - two double bedroom, kitchen with dining room, bathroom (shower/wc), exit to the terrace (20 m2).
- Apartment II A4+1 - basement - two double bedroom, kitchen with living room, bathroom, toilette, hallway and exit to terrace (20 m2).
- Apartment III A4+1 - first floor - Big bedroom with double bed and single bed, kitchen, bathroom (shower/wc), dining room with extensible sofa for two person, hallway and balcony with sea view.
- Apartment IV A2+2 - first floor, big double room, kitchen,
living room with a big sofa for two persons, bathroom with a
tub, hallway to a blacony with a sea view.
- Apartment V - studio (2+1) - first floor, living room
with a sofa for two persons (+one), kitchen, bathroom with a
tub , balcony with a sea view).

For all of our guests private parking is ensured. Guests can use grill for free. Guest can use boat when arranged with owner (extra charge).
