There is just one apartment in the house so the guests have fully privacy. Apartment (110m2) has three rooms with exit to a big terrace (20m2) with a view on Kastela bay. There is a bathroom (9m2) and small toilette (2m2), kitchen with living room from where you can exit to a terrace with the view on pineapple wood. There is a SAT/TV in the apartment.
